Tea sourcing manager from Finlay Beverages, Frances Musgrave, is the latest in our list of speakers and panellists set to star at the Women in Tea & Coffee Conference 2026!

Frances leads global tea sourcing, working closely with producers and retailers to support responsible and resilient supply chains. In recent years, she has strengthened producer relationships through meaningful on‑the‑ground conversations and worked with retailers to encourage a shift away from transactional, cost‑driven sourcing toward more open and collaborative partnerships that can help drive positive, lasting change across the tea trade.
