Bell Publishing is a business-to-business (B2B) media and events company publishing magazines – Food and Drink Technology, Confectionery Production, Dairy Industries International, CanTech International, and Tea & Coffee Trade Journal – along with related websites, digital platforms and industry events.
Attendance and Registration
Attendance is limited to registered delegates only.
Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received (if applicable).
Bell Publishing reserves the right to refuse admission without explanation.
All registrations are subject to availability and at the discretion of the organiser.
Cancellations and Substitutions
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 days prior to the event to be eligible for a full refund (minus any admin fees).
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the event.
Substitutions are allowed at any time before the event, provided notice is given in writing.
Programme Changes
While every effort is made to deliver the advertised programme, Bell Publishing reserves the right to modify the event content, speakers, timings or venue without prior notice and without liability.

Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for event administration, communications, and marketing purposes related to Bell Publishing’s services.
We will not sell or disclose your data to third parties without your consent, except where required for event delivery.
Photography and Filming
Photographs, video, and audio recordings may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to such recordings and their use by Bell Publishing in marketing materials. Please notify us if you do not wish to be recorded.
Code of Conduct
Delegates must act professionally and respectfully at all times. Bell Publishing reserves the right to remove any participant who displays inappropriate or disruptive behaviour without refund.
Intellectual Property
All content delivered at the event, including speaker presentations, handouts, and recordings, remains the intellectual property of the organisers or individual presenters. You may not reproduce or distribute such materials without written permission.
Liability
Bell Publishing Ltd accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by attendees at the event, except where required by law. This includes personal belongings and travel arrangements.
In the unlikely event of cancellation, liability is limited to refund of the registration fee. We are not responsible for any other costs incurred.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Usernames and security
When you subscribe, you will be given your own online account to access the online magazine and back issue archive, as well as restricted website pages. Your account is linked to your email address so if you lose your password you can request a reminder, or contact us for help via email. Please keep your password safe and don’t share it with anyone else.
Limitation of liability and indemnity
Whilst every effort has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the information provided by Bell on its websites, the contents of the sites reflect the opinions of the writers, they are personal to them and are naturally subject to change from time to time.
